Every year Oxford Buddha Vihara offers a Christmas retreat in December.
This year, the Christmas retreat will take place at OBV Forest of Dean from the 24th to the 29th of December. The retreat will be led by venerable Dr. Pannyawamsa, secretary to the abbot.
This retreat will focus on “Mindfulness in daily life”.
Accommodation at OBV Park Farm is limited so we ask those interested in staying there to please book your place in advance by calling Oxford Buddha Vihara at 01594 531418 or emailing info@oxfordbuddhavihara.org.uk .If you don’t need accommodation you can join the retreat as day meditators.
The retreat is free of charge however, sponsors for meals during the retreat would be warmly welcomed.
